Shipping policy

  • Order processing: Orders are processed in 3–5 business days. During this time, they verify the order, prepare/package items, and hand them off to the carrier. No shipping on weekends or holidays.

 

  • Shipping time: After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days, depending on the customer’s location and carrier. Estimated total time (processing + shipping): 10–17 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

 

  • Tracking: Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after shipment to appear.

 

  • Possible delays: Delays can happen because of customs, carrier issues, weather, high demand periods, or events outside the company’s control. Nubira says it isn’t responsible for carrier/customs delays.

 

  • Incorrect addresses: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders lost or misdelivered due to address errors are not Nubira’s responsibility, and reshipping may require extra fees.

 

  • Lost/stolen packages: If a package is marked as delivered but reported lost/stolen, SILQO says replacements or refunds are not guaranteed, though support may assist.

 

  • Customs/taxes: Import duties, customs fees, and taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
